QueuePlanner™
Rostima’s QueuePlanner™ provides a strategic Gate or Check-in desk forecasting and optimisation module. It takes the event schedule and forecast loads to generate activities based on average check-in time at the desk and targeted queue wait times.
QueuePlanner™ is flexible and configurable to any queue type from class load factors with airlines to security gate volumes in ports and can be used to analyse in-house operations or outsourced check-in services. It can also be applied to call centre operations using the same queuing theory and service response standards.
Customers using this module are delivering staff schedules that more closely align staffing levels with the queuing profiles. This in turn not only generates cost saving, but also delivers an increase in customer service levels.
