The Scheduler module provides automated schedule optimisation functionality. Typically demand data is fed from one of our Planner modules, but can also be fed directly from other external sources as required. Scheduler allows employees to be scheduled across multiple departments/locations, maximising employee utilisation and significantly reducing costly overstaffing.

Scheduler’s state of the art algorithm significantly reduces time taken to generate a schedule (typically 20-30 minutes per week).

Senior Management alerts can be configured to inform key senior individuals in a timely manner if scheduled hours or costs are likely to exceed budgeted thresholds.
