RetailPlanner™ is Rostima’s visual, easy to use sales and labour forecasting module.

RetailPlanner™ is typically integrated into the company EPOS system, presenting the historical sales and transactions data back to the User in a graphical, easy to understand format which enables the User to create a more informed forward looking sales forecast which staffing levels are aligned to.

RetailPlanner™ can also be integrated into Footfall counting systems and Inventory Management systems to provide other means of demand data to align staff schedules to accordingly. RetailPlanner™ can also be integrated into Financials ensuring that stores’ forecasted sales reflect their budgeted sales, thereby providing the organisation with a “central steering wheel” to manage and control staffing levels throughout the entire store estate.
