QueuePlanner allows users to define workload requirements
based on customer queuing profiles. The queue profiles are defined at customer
determined intervals for a period of time out from the target event. These
profiles are then linked to event schedules to generate workload comprising
of activities that are both pre and/or post the event using service standards
and environment constraints (maximum number of desks etc). |

QueuePlanners proven Erlang C queuing algorithm rapidly
calculates the number of staff required based on the queuing profiles
and service standards. Once workload has been defined, QueuePlanner then
provides a powerful insight into how well service standards are being
achieved.
QueuePlanners simple yet scientific functionality makes it easy to understand
workload requirements and plan ahead before using Scheduler to create
schedules quickly and cost effectively.
