QueuePlanner,
is an easy to use module designed to optimise staff schedules to passenger check-in
queuing profiles. Developed working alongisde TACA Airlines, a leading airline
in the Americas, functionality has now been extended that makes it an ideal
solution for workload modelling and forecasting in retail and call centre environments,
in addition to aviation.
QueuePlanner calculates optimal staffing levels based on average transaction
times and average queue waiting times or by service goal percentages. The proven
Erlang C queuing algorithm then rapidly calculates the number of staff required
based on forecasted customer volumes and the service standards required for
each type of customer.

Rostima QueuePlanner is a Windows 95/98/2000/XP compatible application capable
of running on your local area network (LAN), or through your wide area network
(WAN) using Citrix. The user interface is implemented using innovative tools

QueuePlanner is also capable of interfacing with existing systems to allow maximum
use of your existing data.
