Rostima strengthens its team in line with growth

London UK – June 2006: Rostima Ltd, the leading provider of enterprise plus workforce software, has announced the appointment of Leon Youngman to its Professional Services department.

Leon joins the team at Rostima as a Senior Consultant. He will work with current and future clients to understand their workforce management issues and to identify solutions to facilitate change.

Leon joins Rostima with 5 years consultancy experience within Logistics and Telecoms, where he worked on a variety of engagements from strategy development through to implementation delivery in the retail, chemicals, and health sectors. Past projects have included large scale, multi-site IT implementations and the delivery of improved scheduling of employees to workload requirements.  He has worked with 3rd Party Logistics Company Gist Ltd for the past 4 years as a Supply Chain Transformation Consultant delivering consultancy and change programs across external consultancy, internal account development, implementation of best operating practice initiatives, and sales and marketing.

Leon has Masters degrees in both Management Science and Mathematics. He has also lectured in Supply Chain Strategy, Project Management, and Mathematics at a number of European Universities.
