Rostima beefs up Asia focus and product development team in response to continuing strong demand
London UK – 10th August 2006: Rostima Ltd, the leading provider of enterprise plus workforce software, has expanded its Asia business development team and its product development team in response to continuing strong demand in the region. Rostima has also appointed a new CIO to strengthen product development, and moved into new, larger Sydney premises to house the expanding workforce.
Rostima founding director Stephen Aitken has taken on the role of General Manager, Asia, and is joined by Owen Senior in the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO). Owen is responsible for managing Rostima’s Sydney-based R&D and quality assurance teams, with more than 20 staff in the combined development group.
Stephen Aitken is responsible for business development across Asia and for overseeing the growth and support of Rostima’s Asian customer base. His sales and implementation staff will work in tandem with the product development team on customer support.
A new development team structure has also been established to meet customer commitments and to deliver new versions of the Rostima software suite.
Three team leaders have been appointed by Owen Senior to help him manage and deliver new software releases. Geoff Bentley, Antonio Aroujo and Peter Ribbons now lead development teams responsible for the design of new customer functionality and modules. This strong R&D team is also joined by Avdeep Singh, responsible for managing quality assurance. All four team leaders will report directly to Owen Senior.
