Accenture selects Rostima software
Leading consultancy will use Rostima Scheduler to help deliver high standards of customer service for its NHS clients.
London UK 17th July 2004 Accenture, the global management consulting,
technology services and outsourcing company, has chosen Rostima software to
provide staff planning and scheduling efficiencies for its NHS Level 2 Support
centre which responds to telephone tech support queries from Accentures
National Health Service clients.
Rostimas Scheduler software will be used to produce robust, easily maintained
rosters and replaces a time-consuming spreadsheets and a paper-based system.
Rostima was selected by Accenture following its evaluation of a number of different
rostering software systems and will enable the centre to effectively plan and
manage its workforce.
Rostima Scheduler is an excellent fit with the way Accentures NHS Level
2 Support centre works. It accommodates staff preferences, is flexible to use,
and provides easy what-if analysis so that different roster possibilities can
be quickly produced and considered. These features will ensure that the centre
has efficient schedules to match demand profile changes so that it always has
sufficient staff to respond to its NHS clients queries.
Stephen Aitken, CEO of Rostima commented: Accenture is a very large,
highly successful consultancy and we are delighted they chose Rostima software.
This agreement is further testimony to Rostimas suitability for call centre
environments.
Rostima Scheduler produces optimal schedules which match workload to staff
resources while taking into account employee preference and availability, thereby
reducing the level of staff dissatisfaction and employee turnover.
Rostima Scheduler provides in-built tools for workload modeling and what-if
analysis of the workplace, providing the ability to analyse current schedules
and identify the potential cost savings from new efficient schedules.
The graphical Windows-based interface for Rostima Scheduler is designed with
ease of use in mind.
