Rostima strengthens its team in line with growth
London UK - 30th November 2004: Rostima Ltd, a global leader in the
development and supply of workforce scheduling software, has announced the appointment
of Richard Saqladi to help support the company's rapid growth.
Richard joins the Professional Services team at Rostima as a Consultant. He
will work with prospective clients to analyze their workforce scheduling issues
and requirements, and to identify and propose solutions to meet their needs.
He will also be responsible for on-going customer support and account management.
Richard brings to his new role in-depth knowledge of the labour scheduling
challenges faced by retail organisations and proven ability to address those
challenges. He has more than 11 years experience in the retail sector and was
previously Project Manager, UK Operations for the fashion retailer GAP. His
achievements in this role include the successful promotion of labour scheduling
efficiency through working with UK field teams and France HQ teams to drive
understanding, awareness, process compliance and schedule effectiveness. He
also established UK aligned working best practices which helped drive store
uniformity, consistency and productivity.
