Leading global software company appoints Glenn Burns

May 2009:   Rostima, the leading provider in intelligent Enterprise Workforce Management solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Glenn Burns to the position of Finance Director.

Glenn will be based at the company’s headquarters in the UK. Glenn has been a qualified FCCA for over 20 years in which time he has held senior finance roles in both large multi-national businesses and within the SME market space. For the last 11 years he has worked for various companies as CFO within the ‘Software and Technology’ sectors for businesses that have had both Private Equity and Bank funding. Glenn has had experience of growing international businesses and has led corporate transactions for MBO’s, acquisitions, disposals and turn-a-rounds (including re-financing).
