Rostima is managed by a dedicated team of professionals with a wide range of experience from running large transport and hospitality companies to the running of IT and Finance Divisions for public companies in Europe, America and Asia.

	Steve Moore - CEO Steve joins Rostima with more than 16 years experience in IT solution sales and marketing and eight years experience in business development in the Workforce Management sector. Prior to joining Rostima, Steve was Business Development Director for Workplace Systems where he developed sales and marketing strategies which successfully targeted the Aviation, Transport Logistics and Hospitality industries.
	Steve Aitken - General Manager Australasia Stephen Aitken is the founder of Rostima. He has specialised in the process of resource planning and scheduling for over fifteen years. His consulting assignments have concentrated on optimising scheduling for large service organisations in the fields of Travel, Hospitality, and Call Centres.
	Mark Wilkinson – Sales Manager EMEA Mark joins Rostima with more than 13 years IT software solution sales experience gained within the HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Scheduling arena.  He has been actively involved in many enterprise wide implementations within the Retail, Hospitality & Leisure, and Services sectors.  Mark has previously worked for Kronos as Major Account Manager (4 years), and has spent the last 3 years as Sales Manager at Smart Human Logistics.
	David Hughes - Head of Marketing David joined Rostima in January 2007. He has overall responsibility for the marketing function within Rostima both on a strategic and a tactical level. David has been involved in the marketing of Workforce Management solutions for the past 10 years; working with a number of the major players in the market including Kronos Systems where he was Marketing Director – EMEA.
	Robin MacCaw - FCA Robin has over twenty years experience at the Financial Director level for a number of companies and eleven in general management in the Swire Group. Robin has worked in the US, Europe and Asia. He is a Chartered Accountant with strong financial planning and management experience.
	Owen Senior – Chief Information Officer Owen joins Rostima with 11 years experience in IT, having worked as a Developer, Team Leader and Development Manager.  He brings experience in Workforce Management software and the design and build of large-scale, future-proof software products. Prior to joining Rostima, Owen was Development Manager at Angel Solutions Ltd, overseeing the growth of the development team, implementation of QA processes, training of team leaders and migration to ASP.Net.  He also worked for many years at WorkPlace Systems PLC on Time and Attendance and Software Integration projects. Owen is passionate about delivering scalable, quality systems that add value to customers, and growing teams of highly skilled developers capable of delivering them.
	Robert Hayen – Manager, Professional Services Robert has worked with Rostima for 7 years in their London and Sydney operations. He has extensive experience managing large Workforce Optimisation projects with large clients in the Aviation, Security, Ports and Retail catering sectors on a worldwide basis. Prior to joining Rostima, Robert worked in Public Health Education in Australia and lectured at Sydney University.
	Geoff Bentley - Manager, SW Development and Support Geoff joined Rostima in September 1999 to assist in developing core areas of Scheduler. Geoff has been Technical Lead of Development for the past 6 years, and has overseen the design and development in key optimising and assignment algorithms. Geoff and the development team are in Australia and have taken insights from Rostima's consultants and created software that provides real benefits to our clients. Prior to joining Rostima Geoff spent 2 years analysing business processes, and implementing and supporting software solutions.
