LeavePlanner™ : Automatic staff availability checking.
Rostima’s Leave and Training Planning module is integrated into both Scheduler
and Employee Self-Service modules, enabling employees to request leave directly
through the Self-Service Kiosk, or allowing Managers to input requests directly into
the system. Once Leave or Absence is inputted into the LeavePlanner™ module the
scheduling algorithm takes this into account when creating future schedules,
removing the time consuming task for Management to attempt to manually schedule
shifts around planned Leave/Absence.
LeavePlanner™ also aids Management
decision making around covering unforeseen employee absence through its unique
shift replacement functionality, suggesting back to the Manager suitable employees
to cover the shift based on skills, hours worked to-date, competency and availability.
