Consultants/Business Analysts
Rostima is currently seeking high calibre professionals capable of taking on Business Consultancy and Analyst roles in our Professional Services Team. Working under a Senior Consultant, the role is ideally suited to candidates with 1 to 2 years experience looking for a first career move.
The roles will be based at Rostima’s head office in Maidenhead where successful candidates will be required to work on both a team and individual basis. It is anticipated that those appointed will be highly motivated achievers with a sound track record of success, supported by some or all of the following:

• Good business, science or generalist degree
• Experience in delivering technical and functional project documentation
• Business modelling experience
• Experience in project management
• Excellent people skills and well developed commercial aptitude
• Initiative, enthusiasm and well developed communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills and a high degree of diplomacy
• Flexible, willing to work long hours when needed to deliver results

The day to day role will include:

• Business Consulting and Analysis
• Pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations and writing proposals
• Account management including support and relationship development (dependent on experience level)
• Product management, including managing software enhancement requests from clients and potential clients
• Presenting at seminars and tradeshows
• Preparing and presenting training courses
