Employee Self-Service : Web Based Control for Staff.

Rostima’s web-based Self-Service module empowers employees to view and book leave, request shift swaps, bid for shifts, specify working availability and view and
print their working schedule. The functionality has been designed with an aim of significantly reducing the Management burden of dealing with these requests manually and making the scheduling process more transparent to the employee.

Self-Service is fully integrated into our Planner modules. All request/changes made by the employee can be electronically sent to and authorised/rejected by Management, or can be authorised/rejected automatically by the system based on configurable business rules.

Screenshots:

	The employee can view, enter and edit specific information that has been entered into the system. This includes general contract details as well as information relating to the employee's work history, for example, absences to date or certifications.
	The employee can enter options for leave. He/she can then view which leave requests have been approved or denied.
