DutyPlanner™ is our forecasting and workload modelling tool that matches staffing to customer demand. Import data from your customer database to calculate resource levels based on average service times and acceptable wait times. This highly graphical module allows you to vary service parameters to quickly analyze the resourcing implications of new event schedules. Activities or tasks are generated to show the work that will be assigned to shifts. These activities are linked to events such as truck, plane or ship movements to show the impact of delays etc.
