Rostima is managed by a dedicated team of professionals with a wide range of experience from running large transport and hospitality companies to the running of IT and Finance Divisions for public companies in Europe, America and Asia.

	Bryan Lloyd - Chairman
	Steve Aitken - General Manager Australasia Stephen Aitken is the founder of Rostima. He has specialised in the process of resource planning and scheduling for over fifteen years. His consulting assignments have concentrated on optimising scheduling for large service organisations in the fields of Travel, Hospitality, and Call Centres.
	Steve Moore - CEO Steve joined Rostima with more than 16 years experience in IT solution sales and marketing and eight years experience in business development in the Workforce Management sector. Prior to joining Rostima, Steve was Business Development Director for Workplace Systems where he developed sales and marketing strategies which successfully targeted the Aviation, Transport Logistics and Hospitality industries.
	Robin MacCaw - FCA Robin has over twenty years experience at the Financial Director level for a number of companies and eleven in general management in the Swire Group. Robin has worked in the US, Europe and Asia. He is a Chartered Accountant with strong financial planning and management experience.
	Arthur Bullard - Non-Executive Director Arthur has worked in the Airline industry for over 25 years. Most of this time was spent with Cathay Pacific. After Cathay Pacific, Arthur worked as the MD of Air France Asia based in Hong Kong.
	David Mott - Non-Executive Director David is a Non-Executive Director of Rostima and a partner of Oxford Capital Partners, a science investment bank and a major investor in Rostima. As an investor and director of science and technology companies, he is an expert in supporting high growth companies. He previously worked in Europe and Asia with Result Ventures, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Flemings investment bank. David holds a BA in Economics and Japanese from Durham University and speaks French, German and Japanese.
	Ed Lascelles - Non-Executive Director Ed is a  Non-Executive Director of Rostima and Investment Manager for Close Ventures - one of the UK’s leading venture capital trust investment companies, Ed joined Close Ventures in 2004. He previously worked for ING Barings in the corporate finance department, focusing on smaller UK companies. Prior to ING Barings, Ed worked in the corporate broking department of Charterhouse Securities where he assisted in equity fundraisings and other corporate transactions for quoted UK companies. Ed graduated from UCL with a first class degree in philosophy.
