Bryan Taylor - Non-Executive Chairman

Bryan Taylor joined Rostima in April 2008. Bryan is a respected and experienced senior executive with over 35 years of experience within the IT industry. During his career he has held senior positions in Nixdorf, Nokia, ICL and Fujitsu.

Since leaving Fujitsu in 2000, Bryan has chaired a succession of venture capital backed high tech companies, assisting their management teams to restructure their businesses both financially and operationally and to deliver on their strategic plans.

In addition to his responsibilities at Rostima, Bryan also chairs Elateral, Level Four and Cluster Seven.

Ed Lascelles - Non-Executive Director

Ed Lascelles is a partner of Albion Ventures LLP, a leading independent private equity business, managing approximately £230 million across nine Venture Capital Trusts.

Ed began by advising quoted UK companies on IPOs, takeovers and other corporate transactions, first with Charterhouse Securities and then ING Barings. Companies ranged in value from £10m to £1bn, across the Healthcare and Technology sectors among others.

After moving to Albion Ventures in 2004 (then part of Close Brothers Group), Ed started investing in the Technology, Healthcare, Financial and Business Services sectors. Ed became partner in 2009 and is responsible for a number of Albion's technology investments.

Ed joined Rostima in February 2007 as a Non-Executive Director.

Nick Stinton - Non-Executive Director

Nick Stinton spent 5 years in smaller company corporate finance with Beeson Gregory and then ABN AMRO before moving into VCT investment with Questor in 2000.

Nick holds an MBA from INSEAD and joined Downing, a leading VCT provider, in 2010.

Nick became a Non-Executive Director for Rostima in August 2010.

Steve Moore - Chief Executive Officer, US/EMEA

Steve Moore graduated with a first class BSc (Honours) degree in Engineering. He began his career in the development and analysis of mathematical optimisation techniques for IT solutions. Combined with extensive working time knowledge, he now has over 20 years experience in the successful implementation of Workforce Management solutions across the Aviation, Maritime and Global Logistics industries.

Steve joined Rostima in December 2004 as Business Development Director to spearhead the Company's growth and to manage the development of the next generation in Enterprise Workforce Management solutions. He became Chief Executive Officer, US/EMEA in October 2006.

Lawrence Sunderam - Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific

Lawrence Sunderam is the Chief Executive Officer of Rostima Asia Pacific and responsible for the development of global Marine business for Rostima. He has over 23 years experience in sales, marketing and business development, of which 18 years of his career have been spent in the IT industry.

Besides being technically proficient, Lawrence possesses extensive experience in the Marine and Transportation sectors and has owned and managed a number of businesses encompassing the design, development and implementation of solutions for these sectors.

Glenn Burns - Chief Financial Officer

Glenn Burns joined Rostima in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. He has been a qualified FCA for over 20 years in which time he has held senior finance roles in both large and multi-national businesses and within the SME space.

For the last 11 years Glenn has worked as CFO within the Software and Technology sectors for various companies that have had both Private Equity and Bank funding. Glenn has had experience of growing international businesses and has led corporate transactions for MBOs, acquisitions, disposals and turn-a-rounds (including re-financing).
