Steve Moore - Chief Executive Officer, US/EMEA
Steve Moore graduated with a first class BSc (Honours) degree in Engineering. He began his career in the development and analysis of mathematical optimisation techniques for IT solutions. Combined with extensive working time knowledge, he now has over 20 years experience in the successful implementation of Workforce Management solutions across the Aviation, Maritime and Global Logistics industries.
Steve joined Rostima in December 2004 as Business Development Director to spearhead the Company's growth and to manage the development of the next generation in Enterprise Workforce Management solutions. He became CEO, US/EMEA in October 2006.

Lawrence Sunderam - Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific
Lawrence Sunderam is the Chief Executive of Rostima Asia Pacific and responsible for the development of global Marine business for Rostima.
He has over 23 years experience in sales, marketing and business development, of which 18 years of his career have been spent in the Information Technology industry. Besides being technically proficient, Lawrence possesses extensive experience in the Marine and Transportation sectors and has owned and managed a number of businesses encompassing the design, development and implementation of solutions for these sectors.

Glenn Burns - Chief Financial Officer
Glenn Burns joined Rostima in April 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. He has been a qualified FCCA for over 20 years in which time he has held senior finance roles in both large multi-national businesses and within the SME space.
For the last 11 years Glenn has worked as CFO within the Software and Technology sectors for various companies that have had both Private Equity and Bank funding. Glenn has had experience of growing international businesses and has led corporate transactions for MBOs, acquisitions, disposals and turn-a-rounds (including re-financing).
